Trash Can Storage

Trash cans may be set out after sundown on the day before trash pick-up day and should be stored by sundown and/or after pickup occurs on trash day. On all other days, trash cans should be stored out of sight, within the improvements on each Lot. Please see trash enclosure recommendations below and contact DNI for an architectural request form.  

IMPORTANT: Any modification to the exterior of a residence must be approved by the Board prior to construction (i.e. fence, deck, satellite dish, extensive landscaping, retaining walls, etc.).
