When is the annual assessment due for our property and how much is the assessment?

The HOA annual dues are due by March 15th of each new year, being late if not paid by April 15th.

Dues:

  • $454 / year for each property that does have an associated alley. ($412 annual dues + $52 alley maintenance fee)
  • $412 / year for each property that does not have an alley associated with the property.
What are the payment options for the annual dues?

Dues can be paid the following ways:

  • Payment through DNI’s website
  • Mail a Check to DNI (make payable to: Carlton Glen Estates)
