Voting Online:

To vote online, please email carltonglenhoa@gmail.com
with your name, property address, and email address used to login to the
website and ask for a Ballot ID.

Voting Disclaimers:

1. The Ballot ID provided by the HOA Board will need to match the submission form, submitted online.
2. Paper ballot received via mail will override online Ballot.
3. Most recent (or last) submitted online Ballot will take precedence over previous submissions.
4. Only 1 vote per property address via the owner(s) of the property.
5. The Indenture Amendment will require a 2/3rds consent vote of yes from the total number of properties (503). That’s a lot of votes!!
6. The extra voting questions are to give feedback to the Board regarding 2025 initiatives.
