• Tim Boening

Hi Neighbors, my name is Tim Boening, and I have been a proud resident of Carlton Glen Estates since 2014 and have cherished every moment spent in this vibrant community. With a professional
background in Project Management, I bring over two decades of experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects. My career has equipped me with a deep understanding of the importance of managing budgets, timelines, and financial planning for the future. My career has taught me the importance of transparency, accountability and fiscal responsibility.

As a Board Member, my primary goal is to foster a strong sense of community and ensure that Carlton Glen Estates remains a safe, welcoming, and vibrant place to live. I am committed to enhancing our community amenities, maintaining financial stability, and improving communication between the board and residents. I believe in transparency and inclusivity, ensuring that every resident’s voice is heard and valued. I would also like to make it a point to help keep our neighborhood values up so that we may all benefit and take pride in our wonderful community.

Outside of my duties on the board, I enjoy hanging out with friends, home improvements, barbequing, traveling, and spending time with my wife Heather and my two children Emma and Will. These activities not only help me relax but also keep me connected to the natural beauty of our community.

It would be an honor to serve on the HOA board. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with all of the board members and residents to continue making Carlton Glen Estates a wonderful place to call home. Together, we can achieve great things and ensure our community thrives for years to come. Thank you for your consideration and if you have any questions, please contact me at

I am asking for your vote for Carlton Glen HOA Board. My husband and I built in Carlton Glen in 2007 when our subdivison was still being developed. I was part of the initial `turn over` meeting where we elected our first Trustees. Many of you may recognise me as the Welcome Committee Chairman. I am proud of our subdivision and would like to see it continue to flourish. We face some financial challenges as our subdivsion ages. I would like to see us work within our budget and not increase dues. That may mean needing homeowners to step up to help in cutting our costs.

I have a varied business background some of which includes serving on organizational boards/councils such as Missouri Extension Center, Cottleville Fire Protection District, Route 66 Corvette Club and Girl Scouts. Some of my business experience includes VP of Designed Improvements (remodeling company), General Manager of Orthocare Systems Orthodontics and Owner/Operator of Incredible Enravings.

I will work tirelessly to insure our subdivision continues to be fiscally responsible and represent all homeowners.

My name is Eric Witthohn and I am running for a position on the HOA board for Carlton Glen Estates. I moved into Carlton Glen in 2020. I am married to my wife, Pam, of 15 years. We have 3 beautiful daughters, Brianna 13, Kaitlyn and Ashley 11. I am originally from New York City and moved to Missouri when we got married. I have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I am currently a Real Estate agent for the past 6 years as well as a collegiate official in both baseball and football.

If I am elected to the board, I will ensure that our community will continue to grow and improve in allure and perseverance. I feel the role of a board member is to ensure everyone’s needs are heard and addressed and the decisions made will benefit the vast majority of our community.
